Shipping & Returns

Shipping is currently FREE for all orders!

Orders ship within 2-3 business days. Please keep in mind that once your order is shipped, we have no control over the shipping/delivery. Orders ship via First-Class, USPS. 

Exchanges: 

We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that we will have your size by the time an item is returned to us. We do however stock new items weekly, so you are able to use your return credit for any in stock items. Credit never expires and will be saved in your account profile until you choose to use it. 

Returns:

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the purchased date for store credit only. 

Non-Returnable Items: Sale Items, Sunglasses, Edible Items, Swimsuits, Hats, Jewelry, Hair Accessories and Items noted 'Final Sale."

Items must be in the same condition as received. No tags removed, no odors, pet hair, make-up or deodorant stains, unworn and unwashed. Returns are for store credit only and shipping is non-refundable. Anything returned after 14 days may be denied. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges back. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for returns to be processed and credit to be added to your customer account. 

We double check all orders before shipping but in the event your order is incorrect; please reach out to us via the email address below so we can make things right.

Please note that all orders are video recorded as they are packed & fulfilled. This is done to review concerns of an unreceived item in multiple item shipments. If you experience this concern we will absolutely make things right but please know the videos are reviewed first.
